Creamy Paprika Steak Shells is a rich and comforting  pasta dish made with tender  steak bites, shell pasta, and a smooth paprika-infused cream sauce. The combination of savory beef, warm spices, and creamy pasta creates a satisfying meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions. Ingredients

    12 oz (340 g) medium shell pasta

    1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons butter

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon paprika

    ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    Salt to taste

    1 cup heavy cream

    ½ cup beef broth

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheeseCooking & Recipes

    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and black pepper.

Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.Meat & Seafood

Stir in the paprika and smoked paprika. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine Everything

Return the cooked steak to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.

Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
